Dear Jeff: Having worked with The Krabill Marketing Group for over fifteen years, I would like to express our great satisfaction with the ongoing relationship. Long-term business ties are very important to us here at Industrial Nut, especially those that result in high quality service being provided to us as the client. The imagination and thoroughness with which KMG approaches its creative efforts for Industrial Nut have been commendable. Whether this creative touch has been directed at new sales literature, trade journal advertising or trade show display procurement, your work on our behalf has been very professional. On the subject of media placement, we continue to be impressed with the comprehensive information that you bring to the management of this function. In the years that we have worked together, your recommendations for advertising choices as well as your oversight of media billing and complimentary editorial opportunities have all been handled in a most efficient manner. Again, we thank you for all your efforts on behalf of Industrial Nut. Sincerely, William Springer

Our agency started working with Mr. Jeff Krabill, of The Krabill Marketing Group, with the first allocation we received for Medicaid Outreach from January of 1998 through June of 1998. Mr. Krabill was contacted to consult with us. Our Medicaid Outreach Team was then developed to provide ideas that were worked on with Mr. Krabill. Our agency was one of the first counties in the state to develop the Medicaid Outreach program. Working with Mr. Krabill, we implemented an advertising campaign that consisted of billboards, radio spots, brochures, and cable television commercials. With each annual allocation of money since 1998, Mr. Krabill redesigned the brochures, ads, etc. We have maintained our basic logo with all of our ads. We have been very pleased with the work that he has done and he is always willing to answer any questions, try something different, or rush to meet some of our deadlines!!! If you have any questions about our advertising concepts with Mr. Krabill, please feel free to contact me at (419) 668-8126, extension 3307. Sincerely, (Mrs.) Susan D. Nardecchia

The Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services has had the pleasure of working with The Krabill Marketing Group on various projects since July, 1998, when several County Departments of Job and Family Services in this area met with Mr. Jeff Krabill to initiate Medicaid Outreach marketing for Ohioâs Childrenâs Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Mr. Krabill was extremely well prepared with marketing strategy, logos, and samples of CHIP materials that he had already completed, some for other County Departments of Job and Family Services. He was not only familiar with the concept of the program but also presented some ideas for new outreach areas. We were impressed with his ability to readily adapt to the different and various needs of each county department. We found our experience with The Krabill Marketing Group to be very positive and innovative. Since 1998, Mr. Krabill has continued to present fresh new material for any project that we have presented to him. In addition to providing material for our continued Medicaid Outreach for “Health Start-Healthy Families” he is presently capturing the essence of our agency and our mission with exceptional presentations in displays and information folders. The Krabill Marketing Group continues to provide our Medicaid Outreach brochures, counter displays, cable video spots, placements, billboards, and numerous other public relations materials (i.e., give-away items) for our highly successful Medicaid Outreach program. Through his insight and foresight (always ahead of the game is he), he was able to easily steer us through the most recent marketing change from the CHIP logo to the new state-wide “Healthy Start-Healthy Families” logo. The marketing material that Mr. Krabill has completed for this agency is highly professional and frankly, truly exceptional. He is readily available for consultation on any project and we receive our materials in a very timely manner. He has not only completed work for the Seneca County Department of Job and Family Services but for surrounding and neighboring counties as well. We welcome the opportunity to work with The Krabill Marketing Group and know that we can rely on Mr. Krabill to provide this agency with the most professional, exceptional, and cost effective product that we can find. If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Deborah Anderson

November 12, 1993 Dear Jeff: I want to thank you for the excellent job you did in producing Margaretta Localâs Annual Report. Your use of color, layout, pictures, and bold type was excellent. Your statistical presentation was superior to anything I have ever seen in an Annual Report to date. Again thank you for the extra effort and the desire to produce a top quality product like the Margaretta 92-93 Annual Report. A Very Pleased Customer, Don Ruck

October 4, 1991 I have no reservations in recommending KMG as a full service agency. I have been especially impressed with their creative talent, combined with a determination to satisfy our needs. They have worked several of our programs on an emergency, crash basis just as cheerfully as the routine. They handled the pressure very well and with excellent quality product. The message from me on KMG is that they are definitely “thumbs up” as far as I am concerned. We are most pleased with their performance. Sincerely, James B. Gray

Dear Jeff A much belated but nonetheless sincere thank you for the great job you did in coordinating Hannah Lochnerâs race for the 72nd House District. Your hands-on handling of the written and media communications was excellent. Also, the outdoor advertising was very well done. All of us enjoyed working with you. We certainly hope that you will be involved in future House campaigns. Sincerely, Jo Ann Davidson
